Dec 16, 2024 3:43:17 PM I Love Feeling Strong...💪 Gary Donia Share: facebook-f icon linkedin-in icon Twitter icon pinterest-p icon envelope icon A few days ago, after a tough session, one of my clients, drenched in sweat but grinning ear to ear, said, “I love feeling strong.” I asked her to explain, and she replied, “I didn’t know I needed to be on this path. Before meeting you, I was on one path, and now I’m on a completely different one—I didn’t realize how much I needed this.” At that moment, I couldn’t have been more proud. She’s been putting in the hard work for months, dedicated to her journey of self-improvement, and now, she’s genuinely reaping the rewards. She’s stronger, fitter, healthier, and more vibrant than the person I first met. When we first realize a change is necessary, figuring out which direction to take can be challenging. The wellness industry is flooded with options, each promising the best path to self-improvement, leaving many feeling overwhelmed. It’s easy to get lost in the noise: "Which diet is right?" "What kind of exercise should I do?" Knowing which one truly works for you is hard with so many options. The answer isn’t glamorous or easy, so it often goes unnoticed. In a world that promises quick fixes, many chase after the 10-day diet plan or the magic workout routine. But the simple, unmarketable truth is this: consistent hard work and never giving up lead to profound, life-altering results for both body and mind. There’s no secret exercise or magic diet. Eat less, move a little more, and stay the course. Over time, you'll fine-tune your process and sharpen your approach to meet your goals. Please let me know if you have any questions about nutrition or exercise to help you reach your goals. #BetterEveryDay Join Our Weekly Newsletter!
