At Whole Health Solutions, we’ve had this conversation more times than we can count — recently, it came up again between Peter and me. We were comparing our approach to physical therapy and training to the world of diets.

Most people know that if you want to lose weight and keep it off, the answer isn’t a juice cleanse. Sure, you might drop a few pounds quickly — mostly water weight — and feel like something changed. But a week later? You’re back to where you started (or worse). Nothing real sticks because nothing real changed.

It’s the same in physical therapy.
